Directions to Edmund's Middle School

Edmund's Middle School is on the corner of Main and South Union Streets in downtown Burlington. The address is 299 Main Street. Here is how to get there:

From Interstate 89
Take exit 14 West, which is route 2 heading towards Burlington. Follow the signs for route 2, heading up the hill and though the University of Vermont campus. After you crest the hill, you will see a traffic light and a sign for route 7 south. Take a left on route 7, which is South Willard Street. There is a stop sign at the first intersection, turn right at the stop sign onto Maple Street. Halfway down that first block there is a flashing yellow light (the light is no longer flashing) and a painted crosswalk on the street. Turn right there this is an entrance to the school parking lot. The entrance is between two driveways and is not very obvious, there is a very small sign and a utility pole. There is a stairway at the back of the lot, the dance hall is to the left in the middle building.

If finding the parking lot sounds too challenging, you can also park on Main Street (parking is free after 6pm). After going through UVM, continue on Main Street (do not turn on South Willard). Before the next light you will see Edmunds on the left (a large, beige brick building). There is parking on the right hand side of Main Street.

From Route 7 north
Heading north on Route 7 towards Burlington you will pass the intersection of 189. Continue until you reach the "rotary". Bear right on South Willard Street, it is marked Route 7. At the third stop sign, turn left onto Maple Street. follow the directions above.
