| Warranty | All CD's and tapes are warranted against manufacturing defects. Return defective products with a brief explanation of the problem, and whether a replacement or credit is desired. Return shipping is not reimbursed, replacement shipping is paid by CyberYankee. Occasionally a CD or tape case is cracked during shipping. If this occurs, contact us within five days of receipt, and we will send out another case free of charge. |
| Privacy | If you order online, your correct email address is required to confirm receipt of your order. CyberYankee (the owner of Contracopia) will never sell or distribute your email address to any outside party. Customer email addresses sent on the order form are only used for communication regarding that order. The Contracopia web site has a form that can be used to add an email address to the ContraNews mailing list, addresses submitted this way are automatically added to the list. This form has instructions stating that the user should only add their own address. CyberYankee is not responsible if this form is used in any way other than intended, i.e. to add your address without your knowledge. Every issue of ContraNews contains un-subscribe instructions, all removal requests will be responded to immediately. Members of the Affiliate Program are asked to submit a mailing address and email address. This information will only be used for affiliate business and will not be disclosed to anyone or used in any other way. |
| Spam | Spam, by definition, is the mass mailing of unsolicited email. CyberYankee recognizes the burden that spam puts on the electronic community, and will never use spam nor encourage anyone to send unsolicited email in our behalf. CyberYankee intends Contracopia to be a useful and entertaining resource, and we do want to promote it. All customers are encouraged to tell their friends about the site, but assumes that they will use resonable means to do so. CyberYankee occasionally sends email to the contact addresses given on web sites. These messages are written and sent individually. CyberYankee currently receives spam daily. In response, we have pledged never to buy any product or service from a company that uses unsolicited email as a marketing technique. If you are annoyed by spam, CyberYankee encourages you to do the same. |
