Rooted in the academic / agrarian towns of the central Connecticut River Valley is a vigorous contradance subculture. An astonishing number of dance musicians live and work here, and now and again compose tunes. In 1999, many of those tunes were gathered together in the book Along the River. It has been thoroughly rewarding, inspiring, and exciting to record these tunes with a group of such stellar musicians.
Also featured on

Susie Secco, Timm Triplett, Van Kaynor, David Kaynor, David Cantieni, Bill Tomczak, and George Reynolds
